<p>There are a lot of complicated reasons why this phenomena is so difficult to address but we are working on it.</p>
<p>WCR has tried to be very sensitive in our training to stress the importance of equal access. In 2003-2005 we also wrote a large grant to Camfed ( <a href="www.camfed.org">www.camfed.org</a> ) to support that goal.</p>
